Terms and Conditions
Payment: Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis. Payments can be made by
Paypal (add 3% to the total), Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check. If
paying by personal check then there will be a hold on it until it is cleared by
the bank. If paying by Paypal we will send an invoice through paypal with total
to pay. PLEASE notify how you will be paying during ordering.
Credit: Credit will be given for the livestock. All credits will be counted
towards the next order. Credit will be for the livestock only, not for shipping
charges, box charges, etc. There are no cash refunds.
Special Orders: If you want a specific species that we do not currently have we will require a non refundable deposit. We will then obtain the species and you will be required to pay the remaining balance before we ship to you. ( the only people who are exempt from this are customers who have established a good standing with us).
